Your payment is processed securely through the payment method you choose at checkout. We do not personally see or store your full card details.

If there’s a problem when it arrives, please contact us so we can help.

 

Changed your mind?

 

For products covered by the UK online-shopping cancellation rules, you have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

 

If you’re returning an eligible item because you’ve changed your mind, return postage is your responsibility.

 

Items must be returned in an appropriate condition.

 

🖤 Handmade, Made-to-Order & Personalised Products

 

A lot of the magic at Witching Hour Magik is created especially for you.

 

Where a handmade item is made to your specifications, customised or clearly personalised for you, it cannot be returned or refunded simply because you’ve changed your mind.

 

This does not affect your rights if the item arrives faulty, damaged, not as described or we’ve made a mistake with your order.

 

If there is a genuine problem with your handmade order, please contact us and we’ll get it sorted.

 

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

 

If your item arrives damaged, is faulty or we’ve accidentally sent you the wrong item, please email chelsealoveseyspiritualcoach@gmail.com.

 

Please include your name, order number and photographs of the problem where possible so we can get it sorted for you.

 

Where we are responsible for a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, you will not be expected to cover return postage where the law requires us to cover those costs.

 

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

 

🖤 HANDMADE & ONE-OF-A-KIND ITEMS

 

Part of the magic of Witching Hour Magik is that many of our pieces are handmade, individually created, natural or completely unique.

 

Because of this, there may be slight differences in colour, shape, markings, size, finish or appearance compared with photographs.

 

Those little differences are part of what makes handmade and natural pieces special and unique to you.

 

👻 HAUNTED & PARANORMAL ITEMS

 

Now for the unusual stuff...

 

Some of our haunted and paranormal items may come with a reported history, previous experiences, stories or claims of paranormal activity.

 

We’ll always share the information we have about an item as accurately as we can. However, we cannot guarantee that you will experience paranormal activity.

 

The paranormal is incredibly personal. One person may experience something immediately, another might notice something weeks or months later, and someone else may experience absolutely nothing.

 

Not experiencing paranormal activity does not, by itself, mean there is anything wrong with the physical item.

 

Please purchase our haunted and paranormal pieces because you are happy to own the physical item itself, regardless of whether you personally experience any paranormal activity.

While we love the spiritual and witchy world, we cannot promise that a crystal, spell kit, ritual, manifestation product or other spiritual item will produce a particular result.

 

Magik, spirituality and paranormal experiences are personal, and results and experiences will vary from person to person.

 

Nothing sold by Witching Hour Magik should be considered a replacement for professional medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice.

Natural products are exactly that — natural.

 

Crystals, stones, herbs and other natural materials may vary in colour, size, shape, texture and markings.

 

Your item may therefore look slightly different from the photographs shown on our website. We think that’s part of what makes them special.
